Be. Here. Now.

Mindfulness + Miscarriage

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.
This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity, and acceptance of present moment reality. Often associated with Buddhism, mindfulness is actually not a religious concept, and instead a well researched technique used and accepted throughout the scientific community. Also referred to as "heartfulness", mindfulness is a beautiful and deeply healing way to approach life, and especially miscarriage.
We found it especially helpful during this raw, emotional time, and know you will, too.

Mindfulness Resources:

More in our eGluide
We LOVE this app! Being very familiar with lots of different mindfulness apps, websites, resources, etc we can safely say this app is fantastic! Our favorite part is being able to choose the length of the guided meditations, anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes. They also have a new, daily session every day. We are in no way affiliated with the Calm app, but hopefully someday! Look for it in the app store.
Circle + Bloom Free guided meditations to help you heal after a miscarriage. It can be a traumatic and isolating experience, but don’t lose hope! Now is your time to heal, reflect, and relax. This free guided meditation can help you work through your grief and look forward to the future.
